Paris Saint-Germain Academy
Anglo joined the Paris Saint-Germain Academy in September 2023.
The programme offers a 1hr 30min coaching session once a week to our current Year 7 and Year 8 students throughout the entire academic year.
The new cohort will be joining in September 2027 for the 2027/2028 season.
What is the PSG Academy?
The PSG Academy works within selected schools across the UK to deliver the Player Development Programme offering children and teenagers the chance to play the Paris Saint - Germain way!
The Player Development Programme (PDP) has been created to give all players aged 8-16 the opportunity to develop their game both physically and mentally.
The PDP programme is open to all abilities from beginner to elite levels and is available for both boys and girls.
The students wear their PSG academy kit and tracksuit on the day of their coaching session. They are coached by highly qualified football coaches who, receive a detailed weekly session plan from the PSG Sporting Director to learn football, the Parisian way!
PSG Coaching at The Anglo
Paris Saint-Germain Academy UK coaches will ensure that each player receives individual mentoring so they are able to progress and master their techniques.
Player reports will be received from their respective coaches at the end of the academic year via email. This will enable each player to further progress from recommendations made by the coach.
During the sessions the players will work in small groups, being closely monitored by the coaches running drills and learning about the game.
As well as learning the techniques and philosophy of the Parisian club the players will also discuss the importance of nutrition, fitness and conditioning to emphasise the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle on and off the training ground.
